Jamie has a B.S. in Biology and Environmental Science from Connecticut College.

As a Jr. Marine Scientist at Blue Latitudes, he performs statistical analyses and supports both the review of ROV footage and the preparation of reports and proposals.

Jamie’s experience in marine biology includes fieldwork studying the effects of artificial reefs in New London, CT, as a research assistant to Professor Maria Rosa. In addition, as an intern at Mystic Aquarium, he monitored and measured cortisol levels in beluga whale blowholes to assess immune health. He is an AAUS Certified Scientific Diver by Shoals Marine Laboratory on Appledore Island, ME.
