FishLAT was developed under a U.S. National Science Foundation grant with input from leading academic institutions, U.S. regulators, and the International Association of Oil & Gas Producers. It’s now being actively used by operators in the Gulf of Mexico, where it has successfully supported the permitting of reefing sites.
